Whisper Greeting
Is there an easy way to know immediately which ad source a caller is calling from?
With CallSource’s whisper greeting (or consumer greeting), call handlers will hear an audio recording on their end of the call alerting them of which ad a caller is calling from, so they can handle the call properly.
