Which reports require my attention?
CallSource reporting includes data for owners, marketers, trainers and others. Your dedicated CallSource Business Advisor or Account Manager will suggest reports that suit your needs.
I don’t have time to log into CallSource daily, but I still need to see the reports. What can I do?
Specific reports can be scheduled and emailed as frequently as needed.
Can I change the number of minutes on a month-to-month basis?
Absolutely. You can change the number of pre-purchased minutes from month to month.
Do I need to install any hardware or software to use CallSource?
CallSource does not require additional hardware or software. Our real-time web-based reporting platform is accessed at www.callsource.com.
How long can I access my online data reports?
Online reporting data is available for three years prior.
